What It Does
Mix exclusively with Pulp Riot Liquid Demi-Permanent Color to provide conditioned results, radiant shine, and translucent reflection.
How To
• Mix with equal parts Pulp Riot Liquid Demi Color.
• Apply with tint bottle or bowl and brush.
• Process up to 20 minutes on damp or dry hair.
• Fully shampoo and rinse out of the hair.
